Returning & Complaints

Should an item not fit you or not be to your liking, simply return the goods to us within 30 days of receipt.

Return for Classic Mask, Script Mask, Lace Mask, Classic Mask Set: please note that due to hygienic reasons our care masks cannot be returned when the warranty seal is broken.

Please note: All returned items must be in their original condition with all hangtags and labels attached. Final Sale items will not be accepted for return.

Return Instructions:

  • Pack the return item(s) back in the original packaging.
  • Take the parcel, to any convenient Post Office.

  • Please keep the shipping receipt. You will receive an online voucher to compensate you for the shipping costs.
  • Contact the customer service team to receive your refund.

  • Credit

    As soon as your return is received by us, we will check the goods and arrange the restitution. The refund will be made within 2-4 weeks after receipt of the return.

    If you have already paid, we will credit the amount back to your bank account, PayPal account or your credit card. If the purchase was invoiced, you can reduce the amount invoiced accordingly.
